well here's the first cook on my u.d.s. = ugly drum smoker.....................
i got half of a large beef brisket, seasoned it with salt, pepper, paprika, chill-flake's and garlic-powder
chucked her on at 1/2 past 1, should be ready for 6 - 7 o clock
cant wait till it's done, the smell is already sending me dinlow............lol

well i cooked it for 5 hour's at 200 - 250 .........
the word's mouth-watering dont do it justice

honestly , this tasted like it was stolen from heaven......
this is bbqing , not the crap were used to, ie burnt on the outside raw on the inside lol....................
if you can weld or got a mate who can , make one of these you wont regret it

MY OLD MAN DOES THE SAME THING HE.LL GET A WHOLE roe if he smokes a leg
he uses kettle bbq aswell though

here yogger you dont wat to eat that yet   never know  what chemicals have been in that drum tell you what   il take a big chance seing as were 1st cousins send the beef over to me and i will taste it for you only thing is i will need to eat all of it to make sure  lol
