Came across this website a while ago.Its allways been my dream to own my own woodland preferably with a pond or river/stream for fishing and big enough to do a bit of hunting in.I can imagine camping out in my own little wood with only the sound of the local wildlife for company.It will be a while before i have the money but hopefully one day it will happen

Buy some abroad Andy,I just did,far,far cheaper than we would get here,my grandfather always used to say,invest in land,god always makes more people,he never makes more land,wise words

Forgot to mention no one can have blacktip rabbit wood in shropshire as thats the one i want so i can pitch my tent by the river.Can just imagine sitting by the river on a summers evening with my rod in my hand (no double entendres please) and a cold glass of cider in the other with the kingfishers diving for minnows while the sun sinks over the tree tops.

The only place abroad i've ever fancied is ireland.I've attached the property that i would buy when i win the lottery.A whole village (derelict) and acres of land for a million quid.Would make a cracking hunting/fishing based holiday village

Well village might be a bit to estate agenty talk,numerous piles of old rocks is probably a better description

Fishy,canada and alaska are DIRT cheap,I have a magazine I picked up the other week selling hunting concessions and land over there,unbelievable prices

All those places are pretty cheap, the highlands not so much, but you can still pick up a 100k acres for a couple of million if you look.
