Try Llangennith-burry holmes beach Fish,

sand eels are best (so I am told)

watch out for surfers tho!

Llangennith-burry holmes is spot on we got's a good book Fish on the area simply called "Fishing Gower" we'll try and sort you out a copy.
There's only one place I know of that sell live sand eel as bait though thats a tackle shop in swansea harbour our regular place Basstastic only do 'em frozen :(

theres tonnes of crab and the like there,and with a 100 meter longline i recon well use some mackerel rubber eels and some worm.
