hunting with dogs for vermin ie rats and rabbits is exempt from the act if done with written permission.

Cheers for sharing pics
I really like beddy crosses and think the standard is a lot better now than it was  years back one of the best all round animals i had the pleasure of knowing was a threequater greyhound bed enough of a dog for any man.
Bernie how long ago did you have the saluki crosses mate ?
Ive done most aspects of lurcher work but am more into mouching nowadays
had my fill of rushing round getting as much in the bag or over the shoulders as possible.
when i go out now which is daily its just for the pot as its just not profitable anymore with price of petrol etc.

Heres my wee bitch Delta, she's only 1/4 Bedlington, (Beddy/Grey X Deer/Grey-Whippet/Grey), but has all the Beddy attributes; heart, gameness, stamina. Shes under 23", but has taken deer, fox, blacktip rabbit, rabbit and pheasnt, day and night. And she's not a bad show dog either; Reserve Scottish Champion of Champions.

Cheers.

I was hoping to have a craic with him at the Alwinton show, but didn't see him. I heard he doesn't do the crosses now, but there are still some around the Ashington area. I do a lot up that area and haven't seen anyone about with his type of dogs out doing a bit. There is a lad in Sunderland supposed to be breeding pure Deerhound workers, but he exports them to the States and Oz .I would like to get a 1/2 or 3/4 X out of genuine workers, as I'm getting more and more back into the bigger stuff. Stll enjoy the lamping though !!!
Cheers.
