Hello every one,its been a while since ive posted on here,i was just wondering if anyone new if it was illegal to put a net out over night off the coast of england for mackeral and pollack?thanks in advance.

as far as ime aware its not illegal,infact i know theres a few on here that do,i believe you have to be away from an estuary unless you have a liscence for salmonids.
i envy you ide love to do it!

also your not aloud to place them in designated bass nursery areas :) (usally these are places where sea trout hold up before they move upinto freshwater but the ea dosnt want you knowing that so designate it as a bass nursery area
