heres my latest creation , made this one today and its not bad!
2lb of dark brown muscavado sugar
1 pint of balsamic vinegar
2 pints of malt vinegar
2 1/2 lb of onions finely chopped
2lb of beetroots diced also the stems minus the leaves chopped
1lb of sweetcorn
1lb sultanas
2 teaspoons od tobasco (the vinegar will take most of the heat out)
1 table spoon of mixed spice
2 tablespoons of mustard seeds
6 tablespoons of worchestershire sauce
realy easy this one ,put all the ingredients in a preserving pan and bring to the boil and then simmer for 1 hour , stiring occasionally to prevent burning, then add the cornflour mix to thicken.
pour into sterilised jars and label.
