If any one wants a paper copy of this i've downloaded and printed it off , (140 pages,a4,) i will happlily post to them for the cost of the postage, dont know how much exactly but i would reckon around £2/£3 mark, i just thought maybe some folks would'nt have the use of a printer ( i do and free paper+ink ) let me know if you need a copy , i'm happy to be paid after i send it and then you know how much it cost.
