i'm gonna burn her out today and season the inside bare steel with cooking-spray-oil............. then shes ready to go
meat can take upto 12 hour's to cook in these thing's but i'm told the wait is well worth the end-product lol............ first you place the fire basket in the drum 3/4 full with charcoal {lumpwood or briquette's}...... then you cover the unlit charcoal with a layer of white-hot lit charcoal open the bottom valve and get her upto 200-250 then add ya meat and put on lid and close bottom valve keep her at these temp's for 6 - 12 hour's depending on what your cooking..
its a tried and tested method called the minion method.................
if it's good enuff for the whole of the state's then it's good enuff for hampshire lol
