blow pipetonight i was bord so i got a bit of plastick pipe about a foot long and then i made paper cones so they fied in the pipe then i pit a small thin nail up the middel of the cone and then used blue tack to keep it in the cone then shot it out the pipe and they tuck in the dart bord its good fun

i have a similar home made dart from a trip i made to thailand several years ago. went to a bar where people were given balloons a a bargirl laid on her back and fired darts popping the balloons from a blow dart fired under ***** power!
Saw one guy get hit in the head so i dont think it can be as accurate from down there!

I made a great blowgun a couple of years ago, 14mm stainless tubing, 5ft long shrouded within a bamboo cane to look like a walking stick, the darts I made fron 10" long 2mm dowelling from a craft shop with paper cones glued on one end for a good airtight seal and scalpel blade glued on the business end. I walked round with it a fair bit and I shot a full grown rabbit, it didn't die outright and made it to it's burrow where I found it dead in the entrance -result- so rabbit for tea !
I gave it up for two reasons - one was my daft Labradour at the time was prone to running in and I always worried he might skewer himself - and the other reason was I found out how f 'king illegal it was !

parp! i never knew that!
you learn some thing new every day!, ive got a few home made ones that ill be bending in half in a mo! 
though i will say copper is to heavy and plastic flex'es to much!
and i cant really see how they can class a six to eight foot length of tubing as an offensive weapon! not like you can hide it down your trouser leg is it! lol!
