I can understand that mate, I still feel like spewing evey time I get a whiff of the inards.
To be honest I skin nearly all my birds now, its so much quicker than plucking, and I always seem to have more jobs to do than time to do em!

I dont even skin most of my birds anymore, what i do now is break the wings off close to the body then stick my thumb under the keel bone and rip, which pulls the whole breast off, no skinning no gutting no need for even a knife. then depending on the bird I will pull the legs off at the thigh, wrap everything in bacon and throw on the grill mmmm, mmmm its the only way to clean a bird!
