.....using a Crosman .22 CO2 air rifle with a Night Vision attachment on the scope.

yes what agreat shot , are you seeing many foxs around your way we seem to be overrun with bdooly things local keeper has shot 28 this year,
soon as you get rid of one another takes its place only good thing is they seem to be a bit more easy to shoot now as they are pairing up and have other things on there mind.if any one want a few fox tails let me know as they are just getting dump in the dead pit

Loads of foxes around here, shot a few on the golf course the other night. Shot a dog fox on top of the chicken run roof the other night, he was up there with a vixen!! I should have shot her first in the hope that he hung around. I missed another last night, I watched the pellet skim past its head through the NV, it was blowing so hard last night that the wind took the pellet 2 inches to the right at 25 yards!!!

had a problem with foxy one night took two of our marans when we first kept birds, husband went out the next night, revenge was sweet. 
living in the middle of a dairy farm at the time so permission all around!
mind you two years ago when we had 50 birds and about 20 just point of lay quality stock friend phoned me while i was milking to say that he thought he saw fox in our back garden as he passed our house, rushed home in 30mins between builders leaving and me getting home, she had had 25 birds. On the edge of a local shoot gamekeeper who is a friend gave the all clear for warfare!! :smt067  she had 7 cubs in the morning but none in the afternoon. very clever vixen though, we never managed to catch up with her, rarely hit the same place more than once a month totally wire savy and never out on the lamp. We moved shortly after as landlord kindly decided to sell our home! so think she may still be around!

nice one! theres far too many foxes about ,it used to be rare to see one dead on the road but now i see severel a week!
