Sounds like that cloudy cider is made the proper way with no sulphites in it.Reminds me of the cider making session with jack hargreaves were they all take their share of apples and fill up their barrels with the old apple juice.My mates got an orchard and he doesn't use any of the apples bar a few for eating,i will have to suggest making cider,its a shame to see them all go to waste.A few years ago i went on a fishing holiday to devon,not far from okehampton and there was a lovely backwater pub not far from were we were staying,they had a wooden keg on the back bar containing a home brewed cider,it was flat and cloudy and tasted like nectar,needless to say i wasn't up early for fishing the next morning
