Family Sunday DinnerWe've been paid so I thought I'd buy some beef from the butcher for sunday tea. Nice bit of forerib, good and dark.
To go withit Yorkshire puddings, roast tatties, cabbage and onion gravy.
There'll only be me and my three youngest sitting down together but I think the effort is worth it.
We'll be back on foraged meat next week so enjoy it while we can (maybe I'll sneak out 'lamping' and go for a pint).

Curried goat today,I only get a roast dinner a few times a year as a treat when I go to my sisters,dont really miss it though  But the wifes got a thing about everyone eating together at the same time,family bonding sort of stuff.

I have chinese or Thai food every day mate,what did you have?Get your mum to make spicy Thai fish-cakes(trout) and chillie dip,great stuff

Im not really exciting with my food so i just had the same as i always do. Crispy duck, seaweed, lemon chicken, noodles, egg fried rice and just because i was feeling exotic today CHIPS. I thought about trying a pork dumpling but it looked to much like a cows knee cap. The reason i was looking at the fish dishes was because i thought they may have trout very similar to the ones we caught last week, but no they must have sold them already.
My mums useless at cooking as is my girlfriend so if i want the thai fish cakes i'll have to make them myself  . I'll see if there any spare tommoro  . Joe
