i made something similar for last night's tea,,,, i cubed all the meat from a sika shoulder........ it was a casserole half a large onion chopped 3 carrots chopped a good handfull of little button mushroom's chopped, and a morrisons own beef caserole satchet mix the satchet with 3 quarters of a pint with water.......... cooked for 2 hours 180 degrees in the oven and added a little more water at the end with corn-flour to thicken it up,, served with nice buttery mash and broccli............. my good friend and cousin TROUTMAN came round and thoroughly enjoyed it with me.. it was his first experiance of venison so he struck lucky with a bit of sika............... p.s gonna make the leftovers into a nice pie today with a puff pastry lidd hopefully..... it will be a big pie cos the casserole dish full .............lol
