ferretingme and a mate of mine went ferreting saturday we took two ferrets two bags of nets and a spade and an extremely sharpe swiss knife which i borrowed of someone which closed up on me and cut from the middle of my thumb down through my nail but it didnt stop me lol
first berry four holer ferret in bang rabbit in the net 
went on two an old tree log about five holes didnt think there was anything and there wasnt
then went on two a 20 hholer nothing at home there then a 4 holer nothing at home there then another with nothing in and another
and then we did round a toilet lol a tin shed with a shiter inside was expecting some out of here we had 3 out of there but the ferrets took about 10 mins on that one didnt see the ferrets until everything was out
as my mate bigears was pulling the nets up i decided to take 2 large hemp nets and my polecat as id seen a 2 holer 2 secs later bang one in the net as i was takin the rabbit out of the net to kill it i had my foot over the hole and a coney is just hitting im thinking shit what should i do so i thought hes guna have 2 stay there for a min and then he must of turned round past me gill and he was in the other net bollox ive got both rabbit in me hands so bigears has run across the field and we had both of them onto the big forty holer which i wasnt guna do but id chased 5 rabbits down there so i couldnt resist lol netted that up walked of for some grub for about 20 mins then the ferrets in and after about 10 mins we had another 3 we lost one rabbit thats ok one for another day and the gill killed one to ground.
then we went on to another 6 holer no1 at home there and then another six holer which produced one and then just as its getting dark we did another 6 holer which we got another one from 7 til 4 good days ferreting
and then on to the lurcher show were i met furdy and hb

Get yourself an Opinel from Arthur Carters. About a fiver and they have a locking ring so wont close up on you.
Good days ferreting mate, you definately need a little dog to catch the bolters.

i deffo need a dog mate i left my knife at home so i had to borrow me mates ive got a nice rambs foot past down from my dad it will be an airlum
i know what your saying locks are better ive allways had them since i was 6 years
old but you still get they injuries lol

good read s.k i think your lastic is put in twisted in you milbro they should have both sides put in the same and it sounds like youve been busy good good keep it up

yeh basicly make sure your lastic is striaght and level then pul it through
