fried munkjackjust has some fillet munkjack fried with a small onion and a little garlic.
just fry an onion in small amount of oil. thin slice some of your fave meat add a little garlic ( optional ) also fry untill cooked then mix the meat and onion together and put on some fresh made bread. fantastic. was going to take a pic but ate it before i could find the camera. 
have got some duck ariving this afternoon so the kitchen will be full of feathers. cant wait.

just picked up another deer this afternoon but wont get the ducks till tomorow. am a happy man.
