Hi from New MexicoHi all I'm a Brit living in the deserts of New Mexico. Been here about 10 yrs now, my interests are falconry and coursing in particular but most field sports have some interest for me too. My mainstay is blacktailed jacks although i've done the whitetails too. I get the odd cottontail as well, dont go after coyotes not in a longtime anyway. i hunt my lurchers in combination with my falcons heres some video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FVuPK8e49IA I hope you like |

It's not too bad, love legal coursing nice not to be looking over your shoulder all the time. lol Going out on sunday to try my hand at ferreting prairedogs should be interesting. |

I only course black tip rabbit daytime as most of the time I have a falcon in the mix also. The rabbits here are very small about 1lb full grown and stick real close to cover. With a small whippet type it might work on the lamp. I have tryed it a couple of times in the past, one of the annoying things is if you get a couple of turns the dust starts to rise in clouds and you cant see shit all. |
