hovis!remember the hovis advert of yester year? the lad pushing his bike up the cobbled hill? well it wasnt in yorkshire it was in the Dorset market town of Shaftesbury,this is just up the road from me realy and often we sit at the top and watch the world go by!

That's a fairly steep road there, going down it on my road bike would be an adventure.

when we were looking at moving to dorset we stayed near shaftesbury and went to bread hill (think its called gold hill or some thing like) for a day out!
i raced the mrs (ex) up there! the dog won!
