how to catch a birdMrs Boon is the caretaker at a school and has a bird stuck in the loft. any ideas of how to get it out. remember this is a school so shooting it aint an option. also pc brigade live in schools. boon

get a cage or trap and start feeding it, or if she can move a slate on the roof for a couple of hours...mack

can you get in the loft ? if so use a landing net to catch it or feed it some blue corn lol

loft is very low and the roof doesnt have any tiles. blue corn may be the only way.

feed it mate and crumble some hemp flower buds in it ,then entice it down with a pot noodle ,sherbert lemons and a can of Dr pepper........................

How big is the bird ?it'll have to eat so bait up a mouse or rat trap

like i said, mrs boon has to be carefull as the animal rights brigade reside at schools, think it is part of the teacher training course.

Get some rodent lime, available from most pest control suppliers, put a big section of it on the back of an old carpet tile and scatter it with food. Voila one stuck bird ready to be "released"!
