good vid there snap cap, i think crowning is far better than cutting breast out as the bone makes the gravy taste better when roasting. :smt001

I normaly use this method when I'm doing a curry or stew. But I find the easiest way is to pluck and draw them and deep fry them for about ten minutes then you can eat the whole thing bones and all. And its very tasty.
