today we collected our pig,so will be busy processing today! hams, bacon, stuffed and rolled belly roasts,pancetta,boned and rolled hand ,chops ,gammon,sausages, faggots, bathchaps, pressed tongue, chiterlins, brawn,pigs foot gelatine for the pork pie,pork pie,stuffing mix,and breaded brains for lunch!

Just got a couple of lambs of me pal who works at the slaughter house he butchers them for me at no extra (think he nicks a couple of chops though)
With all the things you were doing I bet you aint finished yet
I have been busy smoking Eels and trout for xmas, and trying to run my car sales business as well,
Anyway good luck finishing all that work with porky, Dont forget you can eat everything but the oink

Oh sweet jesus its split down the middle! That kinda freaks me out a bit I must say.... and....did you say...breaded brains? I won't even ask....!
But fair play to ya mate, I'd like to do my own meat and I would if I had the land. Though pigs never really interesed me, just not sure about the slaughtering ya know? I'm very much a small game and chicken person.
