rabbit tattie cakes1lb fresh young rabbit boned out and parboiled till soft
2lb fresh tatties (white -red ? ) boiled till soft with salt and coarse pepper
1/4 lb fresh onions sweated till just soft still sweet
leave all to cool
1 clove garlic crushed and fried with 1 hot/sweet pepper
run all through a mincer to blend
make into cakes as per fishcakes size
option 1 coat with beaten egg and breadcrumbs grill /griddle/fry
option 2 make fritter size coat with a good beer batter deep fry in a chip pan
garnish with shredded fresh carrots /parsley/sweet cheese
AND MUST REMEMBER to include your fave beer
