Richie's Winter Fruits Roasted RadditWell he claims he cant cook... wot a liar!...
Here's a few pictures of a Roast Rabbit Richie did the day before yesterday, he stuffed it with a large chopped wind blown cooking apple, halved plums, a few orange segments and quartered chilli's, fresh thyme and rosemary, star anise with a dash of olive oil salt nd pepper
He served it up with olive oil roast game chips.
( PS IM NOT 'APPY about this he decided to serve it up on the blooming camping plates and bowls we have decent plates really! )
9/10 for his efforts and tasteyness and -10/10 for presentation

Cheers Billy (look betta 'cos I did 'em )
Joke apart this is how I make them:-
Couple of Big Spuds Cut Into Wedges (Skin On)
Par boil until nearly done, drain and place on baking tray covered with abit of thyme and rosemary (fresh or dried)
Cover the chips with oilve oil sea salt and black pepper, wack in a hot oven until crispy (normally about 20 mins)

No problem Mack but you probably wont be able to cope with us more than a week
I found some Rabbits can be abit dry I normally wrap the whole stuffed Rabbit in a Smoked Bacon parcel and it seems to come out quite tender depending on the age of the bunny
