Venison Mince and SausagesHi People,
A good mate has just given me a kilo of venison mince and about 1/2 doz venison sausages - any ideas for a nice feed gladly recieved.
BTW, he say's it it not a "strong" tasting venison (probably farmed venison as there are a few up his way).

well mate as for the mince I would use 1/2 for a lasange the other for mince with chunky tatties /sweet potatoes garlic onions parsnips carrotts NOW the sausages breakfast grilled with 4 fresh eggs black puddings 6 tattie scones loads of toast beans fried toms and a large bottle of porter (good dark beer ) keeps this old fella & his grandsons happy ( they get milkshakes )

aye mate that would work toadin the hole havent had that for a while would still need a beer though

oh yes use an ale in the batter mix instead of water! add an oxo and some sage in the batter too! serve with creamed tatties peas and rich gravey!
