Venison SausageLast weekend my youngest son and I made our very first venison sausage.
Such was our success that I have raided the rainy day fund and purchased an electric sausage stuffer. I have the casings soaking, venison, blacktip rabbit, pig defrosting, box of wine (got to keep libricated when creating) and breadcrumbs already. Plenty of seasonings in the cupboard and we're ready to go!
