what bladeive been trying to cut some half inch thick copper plate to make catty forks but it seems so hard ive cut out one pair but i used 5 blades in my bosch jig saw and they cost £8 for 6 but 1 blade is ample when cutting brass dose anyone know of a certain blade i could use to make it easier and cheeper please

scribe your shape onto the plate then drill holes all the way round almost touching,then cut dot to dot style,this worked a treat when i cut my catty from ali billet.
