What do i catch black bass onNine of us have booked this villa in southern france

for a holiday in june and there are two lakes on the land they have carp and perch in so no problem there but they also have black bass which i didn't know was a freshwater fish.The question is how do i catch one,does anyone think spinning is worth a try or are there more conventional float method baits worth trying

I think that may spoil the peace and tranquility of the ladies going,don't want them falling of their sun loungers into the pool

Fishing isnt rocket science andy,you can always figure out some means of getting a few for the table,sporting methods are another thing entirely

Theres a lovely barbecue on site and it would be a shame not to use it so although its fishing for sport the odd one might make its way onto the grill

I'd love to try something like explosive filled diving plugs, but I think after my last explosive related incident, being caught will result in lengthy jail.
