Where to get Fluted Avon floats?Hello everybody,I was reading a book about float-fishing and came across " (semi) fluted Avon style floats"" I think these are handmade....? Overhere in Holland I've never seen these types of floats, but I surely want to give them a try on our local rivers. The curent on these rivers is quite strong, so I think this type of float will do realy well. I want to use them fishing for river perch and zander, so using them with really small bait fish (fry) say 5-7 cm. RB

very hard to find,try ebay or make one,theyre not dificult at all. not so long ago every angler had some,i used them all the time as a kid on the river avon through salisbury. |
