yum yum.. sloe vodkahmm i cant wait till christmas to give it a slaughtering lol.. i made a bottle last week .. i gave it a taste last nite.. bdooly hell nectar of the god's or what.. so on me travel's today i spotted some blackthorn's with a decent crop of sloe's on em and picked a couple of pound... i used an empty 2 litre pop bottle 70 cl of cheap as you can get vodka, 2 lbs of sloe's and 500 grammes of caster suger.. prick the berries pour in the russian fighting juice then pour in the sugar.. when i picked em last week i bit into one or two , these things make lemons taste like honey lol.. i didnt think it would taste very nice having never tasted sloe gin/vodka but thought id give it a go anyway.. i shook the bottle every day and will continue to shake once a week till christmas....... would recomend this recipe to all on here.. trust me on one thing , go and make a bottle you wont regret it.........
