1lb good demerara sugar//4oz unsalted butter //1/2pint milk OR dark beer mothers milk //3oz coco powder PLUS 6drops of FxxxKme hot chilli sauce 1/2 tspn bicarb powder.
heat sugar butter milk GENTLY untill all has disolved boil to 140c on a sugar thermo remove from heat add coco and chilli and bicarb STIR VERY QUICKLY pour onto a well greased baking tray mark with a oiled knife when cooling ENJOY
