had 6 hours this morning trying the new stinkers on land i have in lincolnshire,got there about 6am, signs looked good about a dozen in 1st field, set to work netting up , nothing lifted set again nothing ,lifted ,netted 1 bolt missed the bdooly hole this went on all day in all came back with 1 pheasant(hit by me in car lol) bag of apples& onions at least i was out doing what i love.....no great story of double figures but thats hunting for you

Well we all win and lose some, thats all part of the fun in this game. I haven t started taking my ferrets out yet, still a few wasps nests hanging around and found a couple in rabbit holes so I ve held off.

A man after my own heart, at least you came back with something and to me thats the answer, never return empty handed, a new stick shank,a bit veg, some shell fish , anything but i hate coming home empty handed
