sound a bit cruel but have you thought about putting something spikey like needles in the flowers?or simmering down some tabacco and putting in with the flowers? if you leave tabacco overnight in some water then simmer it down in the morning it becomes quite potent and in small doses will tranquelise the deer and larger doses could kill it, or if you want some entertainment leave a pumpkin out until it starts to ferment then put it at the grave then watch out for some very drunk deer
