Some recipes would also be nice too if anyone has the time to do some. I watched Hugh fernley Whittingstall shrooming, good episode that was.

LES PIEDS BLEUS

PIEDS BLEUS FAÇON PARMENTIER

Pour 4 personnes :

1kg de pieds bleus
1 oignon
3 gousses d’ail
3 ou 4 cuillerées à soupe d’huile d’olive
1 purée de pomme de terre
1 jaune d’œuf
150g de comté râpé
1 noix de beurre
sel, poivre
Nettoyer les champignons et couper les champignons en lamelles (pieds dans le sens de la longueur).

Faire revenir dans une cocotte en fonte, faire rendre leur eau aux champignons, ajouter l’huile et l’oignon émincé, saler et poivrer. Dans un saladier, mélanger l jaune d’œuf à la purée de pommes de terre. Dans une cassolette beurrée, mettre une bonne épaisseur de purée, incorporer les champignons. Recouvrir le tout de purée contenant l’ail haché et saupoudrer de comté râpé.

Faire dorer au four.

out shrooming tommorow morning ,them wood blewits do they taste peppery had some last year out of a wood and tasted very peppery.only used to field blueys

does anyone no of book which says safe shrooms to eat im getting quite interested in this mushrooming
