little tip i was given by a woman fom nigeria, if you think your meat or game needs tenderising soak overnite in sprite the fizzy drink, really works and certainly draws a good flavour

try soaking pigs liver in coke after a day drain see the worms that came out

they also say if you pour a bit of milk on ya conter and a raw liver say 6 inches from it the liver will crawl to the milk
