I f anybody wants it, here it is, but you will need to download a piece off software called utorrent 1.7.7 version, i use this version as it is a stable release, now for the link.....

http://www.mininova.org/tor/347131 when u get to the page, click "download this torrent" and it should open up a small window saying open or save, click open and then it will start in utorrent, just click ok to download and thats it, you can select the folder to download the file to, so you dont have to keep looking for the files you downloaded, you can do this like so in utorrent, as follows.

1.options
2.preferences
3.downloads
and tick the box "put new downloads in", click the 3 dots to the right and select the folder you want to use to store ure files. ENJOY.
