the best game i ever ate was the verry first pheasant i shot with my catty about forty odd years ago took it home cleaned it and watched avery minute of it cooking i was so exited if it had tasted like shit i wouldent have cared it was all mine shot by me from a catty that i made a verry proud moment for me and my dad he taught me well just like i taught the blacktip rabbit basher and kanny killer and big cobb

   The nicest pheasant I ever had was just this year, I got it off our shoot, only trouble is, it wernt one of ours, we only put down the old english browns, this was a michigan blue back

the tastiest bird i find these days is a nice partrige took out a whole pen a while ago pitty now theres none left in me freezer must go on the mooch again soon

Always remember a big blacktip rabbit I took with a colley cross when I was a nipper,I took it home,skinned and gutted it and made a stew with it the next day,made a meal for all the family,I was one proud 13/14 year old

best i had was a 'roadkill' hoggit sheep,curiously it was impaled on a crossbow bolt!
filled the freezer,and we made lamb and mint sausages! yummmmmmmmmm

you know what thats verry strange the same motor must be up this way i keep finding road kill big things with all sorts of ammo in em  one even had a bdooly good snare on it beets me how it happens still being a thoughtfull chap like i am i allways take them home out harms way of other motorists that is oh by the way just had a walk with the misses down to the village shop and on the way i spotted a lovely pair of catty forks growing i sead weel have them on the way back got back there and before i cuuld i could move the wife pulled on the small black thorne tree and the whole tree came out of the ground i had to laugh i think shes been eating to mutch shredded weat ive taken pics put em on later
