Also dip the ends in alcohol before pulling through it helps makes them nice & slippy , fishing forceps with teeth filed off are right handy & they are good for holding flat bands together when tying off the pouch end.

Forgot to mention how to make the hole forget trying to cut it out use a red hot nail but make sure you dont go through both sides of the tube, i place one side of the forceps in the tube first.

There is a better way of attaching your tubes to your pouch i will post it later

thats just how yogger man dose it he did a few for me

i use talc on the lastic to make it slip easy....... also i use a pair of circlip pliers to open the hole and a normal pair of needlenose-pliers to pull it through, that way theres no need to cut ya lastic into a taper................... p.s circlip pliers are reverse.. ie you squeeze the handles together it forces the jaws apart.........
