Right not exactly the normal this post...
Didnt know where to post this tbh...
I had erm.. an accident with a Ghost Koi in the pond this morning, we rescued it and now its dead fresh but dead.

Recon I could use it as fishing bait if I freeze it for our next trip or would'nt you bother? bdooly thing was £20 so shame to waste it?

Stuff it and put it above the telly as a talking point.
Try stuffing it with other smaller koi like a russian doll, hours of fun.

I like your thinking, footu; a bit like one of those Hugh Furry-Withastool ten bird roasts......for a mammallian version how about a fallow, stuffed with a roe, stuffed with a billy, stuffed with a munjac, stuffed with a red barsteward, followed by a road-kill black-tip, then a bunny, perhaps a dormouse, a vole, and finally a shrew.  A mouse, or even a mink could be added as garnish, or just to show off.  For the really daring diner, perhaps a rat on the side?

Bugger - forgot squizzer; perhaps that could go in the stuffing.

Christ, that lot would need a sodding chain saw to carve it, but I bet it would have an 'interesting' aroma.
