Theres some companies who advertise in the Countrymens Weekly but they are pretty expensive.

Ive allways built my own,a secondhand shed from the local free ads paper, some 3"x2" for posts and a ton of ballast/cement or slabs for the run floor,i ussually use fencing panels on 3 sides and wire at the front,
i rekon you could build the lot for around £200-£250 depending on the cost of the shed.

Might even be able to get it for nowt - try Freegle. http://www.ilovefreegle.org/groups/

It used to be called FreeCycle in the UK (there might still be a few groups, not sure) but the Yanks tried pulling some stunt or other about charging and the UK groups all told 'em to shove it and renamed as Freegle.

If you don't know what Freecycle was - it was recycling your junk, that would otherwise have ended up in landfill or at least at the tip, by offering it, for free, to whoever wanted to come and pick it up for you - saves you going to the tip with it, saves them hunting about for stuff they can use.

I've had all sorts - that blue gas bottle I'm turning into a woodburner came from there, a couple of barrow loads of building sand and some paving slabs.  It's not just building materials though, there's more or less anything you can think of - an old shed or the materials to make a kennel is definitely a go-er.
