fish whats the best method for attaching new band to the hunter, when i need to bare in mind im thick lol

i now use theraband or rubber strip,i used to use kite string or sadlers cotton but it seemed to cut the bands,but there again i may have been too strong!

I use  saddlers thread most of the time & i also seal my knots with a dab of nail varnish

I've been using waxed dental floss (mint, to be exact) and had zero problems on my recent natural fork over-the-tops.
